What are some of your blending tips to increase CTR...?

The basic one, of course, is to remove the border by changing the border color to the same as the background of the page.

You can also use the colors from your site in a custom color pallete for your AdSense or Publisher ads to make them appear less 'unobtrusive', as can be seen in this AdSense blog post...

The most important thing is always content. Put a lot of interesting contents then slip some google ad in between them. It sure helps you boost your adsense income. Don’t forget to use AdLinks as well.
