Support to IP2Location

Hi,

I'm using IP2Location™ IP-Country Database on my website to geotarget content. This is a very accurate database. It's not free but really the best with monthly update.

The database currently supported by MySimpleAds is not anymore for free. So, it would be better to add the possibility to use IP2Location™ IP-Country

Actually, the MaxMind country lite database that mySimpleAds has used from the beginning has always been and continues to be free...

...Now, you can upgrade to the drop-in replacement with their paid country-to-ip database if you need that extra 0.3% accuracy, but I find their lite offering to work quite well.
