Using two codes for 1 ad campaign

Can you use both javascript code and then php for the same ad? will the stats be the same?

I'm using Javascript code option at present for a banner ad campaign, but also need to use php code for our forums. Wanted to know if using two different codes for the same ad works ok? i'm assuming it does. Just wanted to double check..

Yes - It's all per Ad or Group ID. The method of delivery doesn't matter .
