For Customers That Have Their Order Confirmation EMail
Proceed to eSellerate's After Purchase Services. Login using your Order Number and EMail Address.
For Customers That Have Lost Their Order Confirmation EMail
Proceed to eSellerate's After Purchase Services. You will notice a section entitled "Finding your order number". Type in the email address you used when you placed the order. You entire order history including serial numbers will be emailed to you. The email will be entitled: "Your eSellerate Order History". To ensure that you receive this email, whitelist emails originating from "do-not-reply@esellerate.net".
For Customers Who Cannot Remember Their Purchasing EMail Address
Please use the Contact Us link to send Sales an email. Please provide as much information as you can.
